THE BRIEF



Yousef Bashiti & Sons – Bashiti Stores are the new name for Bashiti Hardware which was established in (1980). Also, Amman west stores which was established in 2006. YBS are proud to serve their customers as a specialized store in the Imports of hand tools, power tools, electrical supplies, general hardware, engineering tools and a vast range of households, safety supplies, gardening tools and furniture for home and industrial use.



The Challenge



Yousef Bashiti brand name has changed during the past years. Moreover, other stores were open using the same name(family name) which made conflict for the customers and made them unable to differentiate which one is the original store. Also, store location has changed with a new brand name.



This logo is inspired from the name of the owner "Yousef Bashiti".



The Solution



We started with creating a new brand identity to highlight the owner name not only family name" Yousef Bashiti & Sons", and for the visual identity we decided to go with the yellow color to differentiate this brand from others and to make people able to connect the color with the new brand. We also created an icon that merges the first letters of the name (Y from Yousef and B from Bashiti).

IMPLEMENTING THE NEW VISUAL IDENTITY ON SOCIAL MEDIA



Our social media campaign objectives were to show the new color, style and theme after the branding of Yousef Bashiti Stores. For the message, we selected to tell people that after 35 years we moved to a new location and have selected some items of their hardware/tools categories and wrote that it also moved to another branch. The theme of color and message applies on most of their social media posts.

Increase store visitors - Content Marketing



We noticed that some customers are going to other stores with a similar name, and some of them are not aware of the new location. Furthermore, The advertising budget was tight, so we came with an idea to work more on word of mouth and organic reach, the idea was to create an exceptional discount on a specific item each Tuesday, and the items must be exclusive and not available in any other store to make people search and go for the new location. This growth hacking method connected the customers with the location and made them wait for the discount every week.

Billboards Design



We created two billboard designs to show the new color, identity and the message that the location changed, the concept of the first design created to be funny and to attract people by using a famous TV scene, and the second one to show the variety of products.
